 Audrey Ellen Cisar, 91, passed away, July 25, at Sun Valley Homes in Oconto, WI.  Born November 24, 1925, daughter of the late Emil and Esther (Teske) Ihde, she graduated from Marinette High School in 1943.  She worked as a file clerk for the FBI in Washington, D.C. during the last years of World War II and then worked in Chicago before returning to the town of Grover where she married LeRoy Cisar on August 30, 1947.  They raised eight children on the family farm in County Line.
Audrey was active in several groups and organizations, including the American Field Service student exchange, the Oconto County Historical Society, and the County Line Bridge Club.  She was a faithful, industrious, and gracious servant of her Lord.  Audrey had a strong faith life at Christ Lutheran and then at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, both in Peshtigo, where she taught Sunday School, served on funeral committees, was an active participant in the Ladies' Circle and bible study groups, and sewed hundreds of quilts for the Lutheran World Relief program.
Audrey lived a full, productive, and enriching life, and  was a loving wife and mother who held a special place in her heart for all children.
She loved to read, enjoyed traveling and also had a passion for horses.
Audrey is survived by her children, Lynn Exferd of Oconto; Gordon (Kathy Ann) of Loveland, CO; Dan (Kathy) of Peshtigo; David (Kelly) of Saukville; Jill (Ken Winters) of Neenah; Rick (Melody) of County Line; and Jeff of Oconto;  and  a brother, Richard Ihde of Coleman;
Also survived by, her grandchildren, Debbie (Jack) Helmle, Mike (Becky) Exferd, Amy, Kara, Sara, Brian (Andrea), Keith, Anna, Nikole (Kyle) Vergin, Greg, Mitchell, and Andrea Cisar;  great-grandchildren, Madison and Morgan Helmle, Brady and Carson Exferd, Beckett and Hadley Vergin, and Brianna Cisar;  and her lifelong close friend and cousin, Marilyn Cummins.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by, her husband, LeRoy; a son, Craig; sisters, Joyce Deschaine and Donna Ihde; sister-in-law, Nancy Ihde; brother-in-law, Robert Deschaine; daughter-in-law, Diane Cisar; and son-in-law, Mike Exferd. 
Rest peacefully from your well-done labors dear mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and cousin.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 29, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peshtigo from 9:00 am until time of service at 12:00.  A luncheon will be served and the burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Oconto.   In lieu of flowers, a donation may be given to the Oconto County Historical Society.
