There are no words to express everything these guys do. They are compassionate, kind and very understanding. They helped us every step of the way. Always there when we had questions and never making us feel like we were being a bother. From starting accounts with Mark. To planning with Jordan to John who was there for us the whole time. Very professional and sympathetic. Caring for us like family. Thank you for everything you’ve done. We will never forget. Absolutely amazing people.

Mark was a Godsend during mom's passing. She had preplanned a lot, but he was there answering all the questions and filling any spaces that had been missed. Caring, compassionate, and professional, at the same time relaxed and familiar as you'd like to feel from a small, hometown provider. He made us feel like we had everything covered, and if not he'd be there for us to help. Kudos to Mark for helping us get through this tough time as easily as possible.

Well John helped out my family almost 7 years ago after the death of my 57 year old husband David. The funeral home name and John's still comes up in conversation when that subject arises, since I was so pleased with their services. John was so empathetic and yet professional from the first time my daughters and I met with him while my husband was still alive, but pronounced terminal. Everything at the visitation and then the Catholic Mass was handled by the brothers and I could feel that they were heart broken with David's death. They don't just do their jobs by treating you as a number and another funeral to deal with, but with great compassion and care to make sure you only have to deal with your grief and not any of the mundane plans for the funeral or dealing with any small details at the visitation or church. I trusted the Berth Brothers with everything involved in the planning from the logistics to the time line of events to the reports needed to be submitted to the final task of cremation. I was not disappointed with a thing. The funeral home also sent a quarterly grieving booklet for a year that was spot on to what I was feeling every several months. Thank you John and family for a job well done, you exceeded my expectations on how a funeral home should handle these circumstances. Carrie WW
